  • All prices and all charges are applicable whether the property passes or fails the safety test.
  • All certificates cannot be issued until they have been processed by our office.
  • Payment terms for Landlords are strictly by Pro-Forma. Managing Agents are permitted 14 days after the date of invoice. The failure to pay accounts in full and in accordance with the terms and conditions will result in a 4% interest charge per month.
  • Total Safety Service 2000 Ltd reserve the right to re-schedule any appointments with under 12 hours notice.
